There are a number of surprisingly affordable pre-made cover design services. Choose a cover that suits you and purchase it. Once you’ve bought the cover, the artist will work with you to add your author name and book title to the cover, then the cover will be removed from sale.

Book Cover Zone charges about AUS$100 for covers, and has options for digital and print.

The Book Cover Designer has over 15,000 premade covers.

Rocking Book Covers has covers by genre.

If you can’t find the ideal cover, you can contact the artist of a cover that’s similar to what you’re looking for, and ask them directly to tailor a cover to suit you.

Note that you can select to have a digital front-cover only on your print book, or a full wraparound cover. If you choose a front cover only, the back and spine of the book will be a matching solid colour.

All print covers must have a 3mm clear space around the edge with no text or foreground graphics within it.

If you don’t want to purchase the cover yourself, I can arrange it for you for a small extra fee.
